Michigan Avian Experience is not a rehabilitation center and does not accept injured wildlife.

Michigan DNR has a list of all the Michigan Licensed Rehabilitators on its website. https://www2.dnr.state.mi.us/dlr/

While you are waiting to contact a professional, if you safely can, place the injured bird in a cardboard box and keep it in a quiet, warm, dry location.
